ShipSensorNet
ShipSnesorNet was a joint project to develop methods to use ships as sensors for observing ice fields and deliver collected data automatically for processing. Processed results are delivered back to users on board to help in navigating. The Image Soft Oy task was to develope a prototype for collecting radar data from coastal radar stations and ships. Automatic remote condition monitoring, algorithms
We were asked to write an article about remote monitoring algorithms for the Finnish maintenance magazine: kunnossapito. The article is partially base on a research that was published in the Finnish automation society seminar. The Finnish article is available here. (pdf, 291 kb).
